As the great Calvin once chanted,
"Snow snow high and low,
wherever we go, let it blow,
to and fro', hi-de-ho, snow, snow, snow!"
Although he did have pet tiger to help with the chant.
The great Calvin understood what it takes to wring snow out of skies as dark as bilge water and as blue as ice. For example, in order to appease the might snow demons, one must sacrifice enough leaves. Isn't it fortunate how the leaves tend to fall off trees in autumn, right before winter?
It's almost as if we are being invited to do our part.
